Printing Impression opened for business in 1989 and was one of the first mailing shipping outlets in metro Atlanta. Our founder, David, owned several successful printing, signs and mailing businesses. His most famous original locations in Alpharetta and Kennesaw drew customers from far outside of the metro area. David also owned and operated sign shops which helped Printing Impression provide expertise to our Printing Impression clients in trade show event banners, posters, vehicle wraps and signs. He also purchased a well established local CD/DVD business and incorporated it in with Printing Impressions' line up of services further differentiating us from our competitors. Our current owner is Abe George, who purchased our company in 2012. Abe converted the popular Printing Impression brand in with the established Allegra franchise.
Printing Impression was originally located in Alpharetta. The company later moved to the intersection of Cobb Parkway (Hwy 41 N) and Barrett Parkway in a 1400 sq. ft. store and was there for nearly 10 years before moving to our current larger location just a few doors down from the original spot. Instead of moving to a less expensive warehouse location we decided to stay in a location more convenient for our customers.
Soon after purchasing the business, Abe decided to change its name. Printing Impression had served the company well, but Abe wanted to create a more memorable brand. Becoming part of the Allegra network became a seamless fit for Printing Impression and helped open doors to better vendor pricing negotiations which are passed on to our clients as savings.
Most of our success and notoriety was a direct result of our superfast turnaround, our "on-time-or-it's-free" guarantee and our dedication to excellent service.
At a time when most printing firms took two weeks to print an envelope order, Printing Impression would commonly print envelopes within 24-hours. Our "on-time-or-it's-free" guarantee was one of our most popular services. At one time, we hit nearly 5,000 consecutive deadlines without fail. When we finally missed a deadline, we then proceeded to print another 6,000 jobs before we missed another one.
It seems like every company talks about the importance of customer service, but one of the lasting cornerstones of our business is the way our customers feel about doing business with us. Our dependability and reliability have become very renowned. When you work fast, hardly ever miss a deadline, have fair prices, and treat people with dignity and respect it's hard not to grow your business. That's what we do.
We invite you to consider using our printing firm the next time your company needs printing, signs, ad specialty items or CD/DVD duplication or replication. There's a reason why we averaged almost 20 new business customers every month for the last 15 years, and we would love the opportunity to demonstrate that for you on your next printing order. You see, we do things very differently than the other printers in our community, and we believe we can provide the best all-around experience for you if you'll give us a try.
If you would like to talk to one of our customer service representatives, please call 770-422-8766. We would be happy to discuss how we can help your business succeed and prosper. Feel free to ask for Abe, the owner, when you call, and to inquire about taking a 30 minute tour of our business, hosted by Abe. Abe provides a very fast-paced and interesting behind-the-scenes tour of how things work in our company, and most of the 1000 businesses that have toured Printing Impression have commented that it was a lot more fun than they thought it would be!
